I got injured and immediately put my member****p on hold so I would not be charged. I then realized that a) I was continuing to be charged and b) I was being charged wayyy more than the black member****p cost that they advertise everywhere. I called and explained the problem again and they ensured me a refund (which I never got). Then I went in and spoke to a manager in person and they said they do not give out refunds but they had just paused my member****p and I was STILL being charged. If this continues to happen my next step is to sue planet fitness for fraudulent charges. This is ridiculous and I demand to speak to Planet Fitness headquarters immediately before this situation turns real bad real fast. *My name is Hannah Marilley. Please Call me ASAP at ***-***-****.
