My pizza came late, it was not hot, then when I went to eat it my tooth broke because the crust was that hard. Also I asked for it to be cut in squares and it wasn't. I also tried to pay for it w my Visa but since they had already ran it twice, my bank put a block on my card and I could not use it. This was the worst experience. So then I called the number back and I was literally put on hold for over an hr. I hung up and explained the situation and the lady said she was w a call service and she would transfer me to a store, well its ** mins later and I'm still on hold as I type this. So very unacceptable.
