I have been dealing with a case for almost a month now, and it is still not resolved. I have sent several messages requesting if there were still issues to call me, and then I got an email * weeks later stating that the issue has been resolved and with my permission the case was closed. This is FALSE! I never gave permission to close the case because it was not taken care of. I would like someone in Corporate to call me at ***-***-**** so that we can discuss. This is amazing that it would take so long to resolve a simple issue, never got a call to discuss, and then be told that it was closed with our persmission?
