I recently discovered that Pitney Bowes had sent me a new postal meter in January. The Green SendPro Mailstation with a 5lb scale had a serial number HZOR/[redacted]0. On April 11, [redacted], I received a bill for meter rental, which puzzled me since I did not have the equipment. After several phone calls, I found out that they had indeed sent me the meter in January. I suspect that the meter may have been stolen. I am requesting a new meter from Pitney Bowes and guidance on how to return the old meter to them.

I have been attempting to get in touch with you for more than a month now. If this communication method fails, we will have to consider returning your unit and finding an alternative postage system. We acquired a new machine back in January, and despite installation, it has never functioned. We prefer to continue using your USPS shipping services, but the machine's malfunction leaves us little choice but to explore other options. We have received invoices for the last two quarters but have been unable to settle them due to the non-operational machine. As my retirement approaches at the month's end, I am unable to manage any payments. The most recent invoice we paid was from January 27th, and since then, we have been unable to generate postage. It is frustrating that this is the first successful attempt I have made to contact you.

After my office experienced a fire, I promptly informed Pitney Bowes and provided them with the necessary documentation. Despite their attempts to send me a new machine, I explained that I did not have an office yet. Once I relocated and reached out to them, I faced difficulty connecting with their customer service as my calls were abruptly ended. Subsequently, I started receiving invoices with late fees but no machine in sight. My emails remained unanswered, and when I attempted to create cases online, they were promptly canceled. Frustrated, I resorted to finding an alternative contact number for Pitney Bowes and pretended to inquire about new services to speak with a representative. Presently, I am on a call with them, hoping for a resolution. Once my contract with Pitney Bowes concludes, I intend to terminate it, opting to visit the post office instead of continuing to deal with their inadequate customer service.
