Our law office has had a postage meter with Pitney Bowes for more than ** years, it is a K *** series, recently it started displaying "low battery" warning, it still works if you hit the C to clear it. So after hours on line and on the phone, we finally got a person to answer this question and was told that we needed a new machine that the battery could not be replaced. So they mailed a new 'self" install meter that looked very complicated to "self install" the decision was made to wait until our funds were closer to exhaustion. During this process, I received a call from your representative Mandy Varner regarding our service Contract. She took my email and emailed with me for * days regarding the contract details. She assured me*our office of details relating to the contract verbally. After electronically signing the contract renewal, we received a call from Joshua Klug a technician from Pitney Bowes regarding the install of our new meter. I was surprised but also pleased and verified with him regarding same. He set an appointment for an 'install of our meter' on June * at ** am. he called at approximately * pm on June * to explain he had an emergency and rescheduled the install for Wednesday @ * PM. He said this install will take approximately ** minutes. Again he did not show up for the scheduled install, but this time he did not contact us as to why. So I spent **** hours on the phone today before finally speaking with James one of your representatives who assured me that Joshua would be installing our machine on June * between our business hours of *AM to * PM UTC time in Indiana, United States of America. Thank you for your time and my company's time. We hope this is resolved tomorrow so that we can move forward, this has been a very disappointing experience to say the least.
