I have recently moved and needed to advise People Magazine of my address change. I went first to peoplemagazine.com and got their telephone *. Provided (*) my account * which I got from the mailing label of my magazine and (*) the current expiration date. It was very helpful that I had an issue from my prior address. I was advised that they could*would not (*) send me prior missed issues nor could*would extend my subscription's expiration date. I hope this is helpful. Good luck.
