Find the menu on the People website. It's represented by three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the website.

Expand the People Menu

Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the People website. Doing so will expand the menu.

Find the "Magazine" Line in the People Menu

Scroll down the menu until you find the "Magazine" line. It's below "Log In" and above "Newsletters" in the lower half of the People menu.

Open the "Magazine" Sub-Menu

Click on "Magazine." Doing so will open its sub-menu.

Find the Help Line

Browse the sub-menu until you see the "Get Help" line. It should be the last option below "Give a Gift Subscription."

Go to the "Contact Us" Section

Click on the "Get Help" link. Doing so will direct you to the "Contact Us" section.

Find the Relevant Information in the "Contact Us" Section

Browse the "Contact Us" section to find the details that pertain to your situation. Considering you didn't receive your magazine, look for the line that starts with "If you need help with your magazine subscription, go to..." It's below the line about brand licensing inquiries.
