Click on "Magazine." Doing so will open its sub-menu.
Browse the sub-menu until you see the "Get Help" line. It should be the last option below "Give a Gift Subscription."
Click on the "Get Help" link. Doing so will direct you to the "Contact Us" section.
Browse the "Contact Us" section to find the details that pertain to your situation. Considering you didn't receive your magazine, look for the line that starts with "If you need help with your magazine subscription, go to..." It's below the line about brand licensing inquiries.
