I'm trying to get customer service to answer me. ... ON ********* I was on vacation in Pigeon Forbes, Tennessee. I purchased two pair of shoes. They cost $**.**. I wore the first pair today for the first time. I put them on about *:** Am and by *:**PM they were shedding the bottom of the sole. It looks like a cheap tar paper infused with rubber of some kind. They were champion's Grey with black elastic bands. * inside are****** with ** under the *. I would think they should last more than a few hours. The other pair of Champion's I have not wore. I feel I deserve a refund for both pair as I don't live near a Pay Less Store and the shoes are junk. I have never seen anything like this before.
That when they have a defective product and don't take care of the problem customers get mad.
I want a refund for the faulty product.
I have purchased shoe with Pay Less for years and never had any problem.
Contacted Pay Less customer support but they won't respond.
I have an issue with Payless.com too
How GetHuman-nobrandy fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-nobrandy to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
