Payless ShoeSource offers a convenient and flexible return policy for customer satisfaction. Our customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any unworn items. We accept returns both in-store and online, enabling a hassle-free shopping experience. The original, intact packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For online returns, customers can easily initiate their return process through our website's returns portal. However, please note that gift cards, clearance items, and personalized products are non-refundable. Our return policy aims to ensure customer contentment and to provide seamless shopping with Payless ShoeSource.
