Over six weeks ago, I purchased a sun catcher stained glass cat from Omgfuns/Ingenwhim for $27.95, order #[redacted], including shipping, through PayPal. The transaction ID is 3NG29593TM750760M, and the Merchant ID is [redacted]6KU111421A. However, upon receiving the item, I was disappointed to find out it was just a sticker to put on the window, when I expected a hung sun catcher. The sticker received was a multicolored version instead of the ordered orange #4 cat. I have reached out to the company three times with no response. I have screen prints of the payment confirmation and the order. Can PayPal assist me in obtaining a refund? Thank you.

I have not received the items I ordered from China. I made the purchase in January and was initially informed that there were holiday delays. Later, I was told to wait and finally informed that shipping costs were too high. From the two different orders I placed, I only received an unattractive and overpriced hat from one of them. When I inquired about my furniture order, they requested that I return the hat at my own expense. This experience has made it difficult for me to trust them. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed to either receive my order or obtain a refund, for which I have a receipt. The items I ordered are a living room table with stools and a retractable kitchen or dining room set with chairs. What steps should I take next to secure a reimbursement?

I opened a Venmo account a while back and had stopped using it a few years ago. As it turns out, Venmo and Paypal are connected, and a Paypal account was created in my name when the Venmo account was set up, which I didn't realize. I've never intended to have a Paypal account and have never intentionally opened one or used Paypal's services. I've been receiving multiple scam emails each week about fake Paypal purchases. It seems like Paypal has been compromised. I've been struggling to close the Venmo account since it's challenging to contact a real person. I am reaching out to request the closure of any Paypal account associated with me, regardless of how it was created. Please inform me at [redacted] once all Paypal accounts linked to my name have been closed.

I received an email from "PayPal" today, but I'm unsure if I have an account with them. The email claims I made a payment of $[redacted].99 to [redacted], which I did not authorize. The email instructed me to call 1-[redacted] if I didn't make the payment. When I called, I spoke to someone with a heavy accent who insisted it was my order, asking for computer information. I refused and believe this may be a scam. I reported it to my bank after the "PayPal Rep" hung up on me. The alleged order was for an Apple iPhone 12, being shipped to Amanda Fayette in Australia. Please cancel this order and provide written confirmation. Thank you.

I noticed several unauthorized transactions in my account activity. Money is being transferred out to an account that is not mine, and there are purchases of cryptocurrency like bitcoins, bit cash, litecoins, or etherium that I did not make. Since April 25, [redacted], only five transactions were authorized, and the rest appear to be fraudulent. I suspect that my account has been compromised possibly due to my stolen ID during tax return processing this year, along with the loss of all my stimulus funds.

I need help to regain access to my account in order to review the transactions and funds involved. There are numerous unauthorized transactions in my account, including transfers to unfamiliar accounts and purchases of cryptocurrencies that I did not make. Only a few transactions since April **, **** are legitimate, and the rest are fraudulent. I suspect my account has been compromised due to potential identity theft, as my ID was stolen during a recent tax return and stimulus payment. I believe Jennifer G. is involved in this theft. I kindly request assistance to recover access to my account, restore my original email and phone number, and secure all my funds. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time without any prior issues, and I am at a loss on how to proceed.

I made three purchases on Etsy in April, but I haven't received any of the items yet. I have been in contact with both Etsy and PayPal, but I keep getting unhelpful codes and excuses instead of a refund to my Mastercard. Etsy blames PayPal and PayPal is not responding. I'm frustrated with both companies for not taking responsibility for transferring my money to unreliable sellers. I have reached out to the FCC and Senator Elizabeth Warren regarding this issue. I lost my phone, which has made it difficult for me to access my PayPal account. I am unable to log in because my passwords are not working, and I can only verify one of the options. Since I have changed my number, I cannot use the other two verification methods. I can confirm my email, but the security answers seem to be incorrect. After my card was canceled, I was issued a new one and updated my address during registration. However, the new card was restricted and I was asked to verify my identity. Despite providing various forms of identification, my account was still canceled, and I was told my balance would be mailed to me to an address that was no longer in use. Now, I am waiting for my funds due to IRS verification delays, even though other agencies had no issues sending mail to my new address. It's frustrating not knowing why I can't access my money.

Hello, my name is Natalya. I encountered an issue that I hope you can assist me with. During the session, I was informed that I wasn't prepared, and no progress could be made. Subsequently, they suggested another session on March 15. I am having issues with a product I bought on eBay that never arrived. The tracking information says it was delivered, but I was home all day and did not receive it. Initially, they told me to file a claim with FedEx. When I contacted FedEx, they mentioned that eBay needs to file the claim. Now eBay is saying I should file a claim with PayPal, but I don't have a PayPal account. It seems problematic buying products on eBay because when it comes to filing a claim, they are not stepping up to help and want the customer to handle it themselves. It's frustrating because now I am unsure who will assist me in getting a refund or locating my package.

I have been trying to contact someone today but have been unsuccessful. My concern is that during my conversation with one of your staff members, I was not advised to file a dispute with PayPal first. Instead, I was instructed to call the bank, which I did. I returned the product with a signed receipt for $[redacted] because it was of poor quality. PayPal informed me that I should have raised the dispute with your company, not the bank. This confusion was the result of the guidance I received from your employee. Despite my numerous emails requesting the return address, I did not receive it. I am frustrated with PayPal for not assisting me, especially after your staff member failed to direct me to file a dispute with PayPal. I am seeking a refund for the $[redacted] as this is a significant amount of money.

On April 6th, I placed an order with a company called Summer. The merchandise arrived on May 6th, and I immediately contacted them to request a return for a full refund as per their policy. It took days to get a response, and since then, we have been going back and forth. They are only offering a $20 refund for merchandise that I paid $67.99 for. I am requesting a full refund and I am willing to return the merchandise. I am confused why the company is not allowing me to return the items for a refund. They argue that my return shipping costs are excessive, but the shipping fee I paid for the merchandise's delivery was only $10.90. I am happy to return the items at my own expense. Please assist me in getting my money back.

I am unable to access my PayPal account without providing my cell phone number for text verification, which I am reluctant to share as I only have an old flip phone and do not use texting. Despite being able to access my email, PayPal insists on this additional step, leaving me unable to view my monthly statements. Despite speaking to two representatives on 05/14/21 and 05/15/21, the issue remains unresolved. I have been promised email statements which I have yet to receive. This policy not only inconveniences me but also poses a challenge for other seniors who rely on PayPal for essential online purchases but do not use texting. I find PayPal's stance on this matter concerning and feel pressured to comply with their demands. This issue occurred a year ago but was resolved, however, this time around, I have had no luck. After requesting to speak to a supervisor today, I was left on hold for thirty minutes, indicating a lack of concern from PayPal about losing my business.
