Hello, My account has been blocked due to a restriction that is not related to me. Two days ago, I placed an order for two items: a Toshiba TV, which was successful, and a PC for the amount of [redacted] that did not go through. When I tried to make the payment as usual with a direct debit from my account, there was a blockage for "amount higher than the authorized amount." Not understanding how to proceed, I decided to transfer the amount in two installments to my PayPal account, [redacted].00 euros + [redacted] euros. To my surprise, I found that there is a restriction on my account. I have fulfilled all the requested conditions, sent my ID card, proof of address, but the restriction is still ongoing. Trying to understand why, I noticed there is a pending purchase on my account for [redacted] euros, the price of the PC I wanted to buy, which did not go through because Cdiscount did not confirm it. Please confirm this purchase with Cdiscount or release the amount in my account so I can buy this item, which is a gift for the holidays. Please respond urgently and resolve this issue. Best regards, BM

Paypal has deducted money from my personal checking account without my knowledge or authorization for the last two months. About $90 was taken in two payments directly to Paypal without any valid reason, and I'm seeking a refund. This appears to be fraudulent, and despite speaking with Paypal on December 9th and providing the bank statement images they requested, there has been no resolution in 10 days. I demand my money to be returned and an explanation as to why these unauthorized transactions occurred, given that my Paypal account has been inactive since October [redacted]. Please contact me promptly. Thank you.

I need to update my phone number on file. When trying to change it, I received an error message saying "this type of phone number isn't supported" even though it showed a check mark next to the new number I entered. I tried calling for help, but I was instructed to update the number after logging in, which I can't do because I can't receive the verification code on my outdated phone. I was then told to use messaging, which also requires me to log in. It feels like a never-ending loop! Additionally, I can only receive texts on my new number as I am currently abroad and can't receive voice calls.

Hello, I need assistance with dispute PP-I-[redacted]5. An unauthorized transaction occurred on my PayPal account when buying 10 items of one product on eBay. The case was closed promptly without input from either me or the seller. I reached out to eBay, and they advised me to contact PayPal as the payment provider. The seller has been unresponsive on both eBay and via email, with their eBay account now inactive due to being deemed high risk by eBay's community standards. I am seeking your help to recover the funds. Thank you.

Yesterday, I tried to send money to my daughter at Walmart in Miami, but they wouldn't give her the money. After misspelling my granddaughter's name in the second transaction, I had to resend it a third time, which she is supposed to pick up today. I contacted PayPal to stop the first two transactions (transaction numbers: [redacted]21 and [redacted]34) but noticed the money was still deducted from my account. I'm facing a loss of almost $[redacted]. My goal was to send her $85. Please assist me in resolving this issue. Transaction number three is expected to be picked up today.

My account was limited and they requested a copy of my driver's license and credit card. After providing the documents, I received no response. When I called customer service and waited for 1 hour and 7 minutes, I was informed they actually needed a statement for the new credit card I wanted to use. Despite expressing my frustration and being assured the limitation would be lifted immediately, it wasn't. After numerous attempts, including being disconnected during a call, waiting for a total of 3 hours, and emailing and messaging the resolution center, I was told they needed the statement for the previous card, not the current one. I uploaded the correct statement, but still no resolution. I have $[redacted] locked in my account needed for rent. Desperately seeking assistance!

I purchased 3 items from Homhisy on 11/22/20 using PayPal Discover. Strangely, the tracking shows I received the order 2 days before placing it. I attempted to contact customer service through two non-existent emails. My Discover card was charged $41.43, and now the website seems to be gone. The receipt number is [redacted], and the merchant was Edward Collins. I'm wondering if this company is legitimate and how I can go about getting a refund. My name for the order was Jeanne A.

On December 15, I was credited $[redacted], but my account has since been limited. I submitted all the requested information, but have only received one email regarding one of the issues, stating it was approved. However, I have not heard back on the other concerns. When I called customer service for assistance, I was scheduled for a callback, but the representative unexpectedly ended the call. I am looking for a direct number to reach someone who can help me resolve this matter.

I recently made a purchase from an online seller using my VISA card. However, the transaction appeared on my statement as a PAYPAL charge (PAYPAL *JNYHQM85680 [redacted] CA). I encountered issues during the ordering process and was accidentally double-billed for one item. Suspecting a scam, I discovered that the item I thought I was buying was not available from reputable sources. After further investigation, I found the immersion blender listed on "dollsbee.com," a website primarily selling children's dress-up princess outfits. This seemed dubious, but the presence of PAYPAL on the site reassured me about the payment security. I later found the same product on "bestdealsusa.com," which redirected me to dollsbee.com. I didn't have a PAYPAL account previously and only created one to report this incident. Researching revealed that dollsbee.com is a very new site with no reported history of scams. I don't expect any resolution from PAYPAL but would like to understand how this transaction, initially intended for VISA, was processed by them.

HelloFresh processed a charge of $69 on my PayPal account on December 12, [redacted]. The same day, they initiated a refund which I can see on my PayPal transaction summary. However, it's December 18, [redacted], and the $69 refund hasn't shown up in my PayPal balance or my bank account yet. This is where the $69 was originally debited from. I was under the impression that bank account refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to process after the refund date. Can you kindly investigate the status of my refund?

My daughter frequently sends me money through PayPal, including some Christmas funds today. While attempting to transfer the money, it disappeared entirely. Not in my bank, PayPal account, or my daughter's account. After reaching out to various phone numbers, I connected with an automated system explaining a refund issue between a buyer and seller, holding the funds for 21 days. However, we didn't engage in any transaction. The system advised me to seek help online, but I can't log into PayPal now due to an alleged invalid email address, causing immense frustration. Waiting for 21 days to access the Christmas money is not ideal. Despite the system requesting my email for the next step, PayPal rejects it as invalid.

I'm seeking assistance with PayPal shipping labels. I recently created a seller account and completed one transaction successfully. However, two payments are currently on hold. I am puzzled by a charge of $13.60 for a postal label with USPS tracking acquired through PayPal. This charge was unexpected, and I am unsure why it was applied. I require guidance regarding the shipping and payment procedures, as well as an update on the status of my account. Your help in resolving these matters is greatly appreciated. Regards, Adrienne A.

I'm hoping to get some help regarding my account. I've reached out several times now but haven't received any responses. I've been playing the game Pop Stars Magic and have successfully cashed out $[redacted] twice. I also received a $[redacted] gift, but it's still processing. Do you know how long it usually takes for a cash out to be completed and when the funds will be available in my account?

I have discovered unauthorized transactions on my PayPal account, including deposits and refunds. I am now facing a dispute for a product purchased on eBay, even though I do not have an eBay account and did not authorize these transactions. It seems there is fraudulent activity linked to my name, and I urgently need help resolving this issue.

I placed an order with Gervener, order number [redacted]. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery between 7-12 days, the item has not arrived after receiving a shipping confirmation on 11/30. I tried to cancel via email before, but the company claims it's too late now. I spent $93 on Christmas outdoor decor that won't be here on time, making me suspicious of this company that exclusively uses PayPal. If the package arrives, I intend to reject delivery. How can I secure a refund without involving my attorney for such a small amount? Any guidance is welcome.

It has been [redacted] days now that my money has been on hold. I spent all day yesterday calling, only to be informed that I won't be able to make a withdrawal until December 21-22. Several PayPal representatives assured me that I could withdraw the funds on December 19. However, when I try to do so, I keep getting an error message on the app instructing me to contact PayPal for assistance. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau and my governor, who advised me to continue trying or take legal action against PayPal. I seem to be left with no other choice. My account was never designated as a business account, so I don't understand why my funds are being held for chargebacks and disputes. I have only used this account for personal purposes, and it contains my genuine name and address. I am at a loss as to what the issue could be.

It has been [redacted] days since my money has been on hold. Despite being told by multiple PayPal workers that I could withdraw the funds on December 19, I am still unable to do so. The app continues to prompt me to contact customer service. I have reached out to the BBB and my governor, and they have advised me to either keep trying or take legal action. My account is not a business account, so I do not understand why the funds are being held for chargebacks and disputes. I have only used the account for personal transactions with my real name and address. At this point, it seems like taking legal action may be my only option.

Today marks [redacted] days since my money has been on hold. I spent all of yesterday on the phone trying to resolve this issue, only to be informed that I have to wait until December 21-22 to make a withdrawal. Despite being assured by multiple PayPal representatives that I could withdraw my funds today, December 19, I am still encountering an error message on the app stating, "sport can’t do that now contact PayPal for help." I have already reached out to the BBB and my governor, who advised me to either keep pursuing a solution or consider legal action. As my account was never intended for business purposes, I am puzzled as to why my funds are being held for chargebacks and disputes. My account only contains my real name and address for personal use, so I cannot understand the reason behind this ongoing problem.

PayPal has requested that I provide a bank statement to my account, which is unacceptable. My attempt to update the needed information online has been futile. When trying to use PayPal at Home Depot, I encounter an error, even though it works elsewhere. I have requested a callback, but that did not resolve the issue.

I recently purchased an item online, thinking I was buying a mini chainsaw for $29.99. After receiving my order, I discovered that the seller had swapped the item in the box to a chain for the chainsaw. I tried multiple times to reach out to the seller, and eventually received an email explaining that I had ordered either the chain or the mini chainsaw. I requested to return the item for a full refund, including the shipping fees, but I have not received any response. It has been over a month, and I am still waiting for a resolution.
