If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I phoned, mailed, sent message to you in the past * months without any solution.*I cannot access my account because the * factor authentication issue. **Normally I can say it is a simple technical issue but you are unable to give me real help.*When I call any of your numbers in US, they say, "sorry we are providing solutions only for US customers".*When I call the EU number it says "sorry due to COVID we cannot connect you to any of our customer representative".**Are you serious to providing this kind of sh*t? *I've opened my account *** years ago without any problem and now seems you are simply unable to handle the COVID issue and providing real help for your customers. Trust me! :)**I described my *FA issue but *st time they did not understand that, because they said my login was success.**Then I described in more detail that the login is the *st phase which was successful but the *nd phase failed due to I had no device to get *FA code for enter the when I was asked by the login system. They understood my words and they finally helped me. They've unlocked my *FA and my PayPal account was successfully recovered - thus I've entered with my password easily. **Now everything is fine! :)
