Yesterday, on 8/6/[redacted], I proceeded to make a purchase on GovX.com using PayPal. Initially, I thought the transaction was complete, but GovX prompted me to finalize it. Since then, I've been unable to proceed further with the transaction, leaving me in a predicament between PayPal and GovX without immediate assistance. I chose PayPal to handle the payment to GovX, and I am unsure of the current status of my transaction. I am concerned if the money is pending, or if there will be a double charge due to the incomplete transaction. I need clarity on how far PayPal has progressed with the transaction and what steps to take next. I hope to resolve this issue promptly with a clear understanding of the payment status.

I am writing to confirm the payment of $[redacted] that Just Torres made for the top2 account in Point Blank Latino. The transaction was completed on July 27, [redacted]. The total amount for the account is $[redacted]. Just Torres has a history of requesting refunds even after the product has been delivered. Due to this, the withheld payment of $[redacted] has been canceled, and a refund has been requested. Unfortunately, my account has been blocked after Just Torres claimed a theft, leaving me without my product and money. Living in Venezuela, I urgently need the funds for my family, especially since my mother is suspected to have covid-19. I seek resolution promptly.

I recently made a purchase using PayPal that went through a third-party service. I received a detailed statement from PayPal showing that the item was shipped and delivered on July 29, even though the order was placed later that evening. I have tried contacting the seller twice regarding the inaccurate tracking number, but have not received any response. I have also sent two emails explaining the situation without any luck. Despite sending information regarding the fraudulent company, as well as numerous picture attachments as evidence in my Case Resolution, the new message thread is requesting the same information that I have already provided. I faced technical issues when attempting to attach files to my case in Resolutions, resulting in my files failing to attach. I sought assistance from the Message Center staff, who advised me to attach the files in that system for application to my case. This was successfully completed on July 29th. However, upon expecting a response from Case Resolution, I found that the messaging feature was locked due to inactivity. Despite reaching out for help to reattach the previously submitted information, I was informed that there is no attachment in Resolutions. I have already reported the issue to ic3.gov weeks ago. I am feeling frustrated, misled, and stuck in a cyclical process. I simply want this distressing case involving Got Xpress and Ramwea to be resolved promptly. I fell victim to their deceptive practices after clicking on an enticing Facebook ad, inadvertently making a purchase via PayPal. I purchased four tops from ryefloral on 5/20/20 for $[redacted].74 using my Capital One credit card. On my Capital One statement, it showed PayPal charged me $[redacted].74 for LTfashion, which seemed suspicious. After contacting Capital One, they removed the charge and reached out to ryefloral. I only received one top so far. After informing Capital One about this, they advised me to wait. Since then, I haven't received any more tops, but Capital One informed me I would be refunded $73.79. Despite emailing ryefloral on 7/20/20 and 8/3/20 regarding the refund, I haven't received it. Capital One has now charged me the full $[redacted].74 again. My account was restricted unjustly after I received two unemployment payments at once. I promptly provided all required documents, yet they closed my account without a valid explanation, alleging a breach of terms which I did not commit. I thoroughly reviewed the terms and abided by them. I urgently need my funds, which have been withheld for over 30 days. The release can be facilitated by transferring the funds to any linked account or issuing a check to me. I have submitted my identification, account details, and address proof to verify the legitimacy of my transactions. The delay in releasing my money is causing significant financial hardship. If they wish to terminate my account, I consent, but they must release the $[redacted].00 promptly. Holding my funds for [redacted] days due to a harmless change in my deposit method to PayPal is unreasonable. Kindly expedite the release of my funds.

I placed an order for a Fitbit watch on July 29th for $[redacted] from a seemingly legitimate Fitbit store and paid through PayPal. Unfortunately, I have not received the watch yet. I have made two unsuccessful attempts to reach out to the store. The emails I sent have bounced back with an "email address not recognized" error. The PayPal transaction ID for this purchase is 3A310405B[redacted]B, and the Merchant Transaction ID is 10P13241AE[redacted]. I am worried that I might have fallen victim to a fraudulent seller who has no intention of delivering the watch. On the 13th of July, I made a purchase for a security camera from Yokawa Network Limited, a sketchy company from China. Instead of receiving the camera, I got a small micro SD chip. After researching this dubious company online, I discovered many other customers who had the same experience - they received different and inferior items. Strangely, the product on my PayPal receipt was listed as "clothing." I'm reaching out to PayPal to request a full refund of $39.08 AU because Yokawa Network Limited is clearly engaging in dishonest practices. They seem to be skilled at deceiving customers and operating as fraudulent individuals.

I placed an order for a Dewalt power washer, and $92 was deducted from my account on July 27. I have not received any emails, tracking numbers, or updates on my order. I only see the $92 deduction on my bank statement. I am unable to find a routing number or further details. My name was initially Debbie Weaver, but it now appears as Debra Dayton. I have tried contacting you twice but was unable to reach you. I have also sent three messages, but unfortunately, the item I am looking for was not found. Due to the ongoing issues between China and the US, along with delays caused by Covid-19, many of my orders have been late. I have been a loyal Paypal user for many years without any issues. Recently, an individual from South Africa has obtained my home phone number, which I thought was blocked by Verizon. I recently contacted you regarding a refund issue with a purchase from Noracora. The online transaction showed a different company name, causing confusion. I encountered difficulty communicating with your staff, as one person transferred me to another who abruptly ended our call. To resolve the matter, I pursued a refund through Discover card, which was successful. I was surprised to learn that my PayPal account was restricted due to this incident. However, I no longer require a refund through your service as Discover card has already assisted me. Please cancel any ongoing refund process. I encountered an issue with my PayPal account indicating suspicious activity, preventing me from using it for checkout. Following the instructions, I provided requested documents like bank statements and photo ID, resolved my negative balance by linking my debit card. However, the system still prompts me to resolve the negative balance and requests the same documents repeatedly. Oddly, the PayPal app shows no negative balance. Despite linking my debit card three times, PayPal says the negative balance is unresolved, preventing me from checking out on depop. It repeatedly asks me to submit the resolution even though I already did so multiple times. I am seeking assistance as I urgently need to proceed with the purchase.

Hello, Our Paypal account was created with a $[redacted] balance, which was stolen by a hacker. The account, [redacted], has been blocked. The hacker claimed to have an exchange service and after we provided our Paypal email, they gained unauthorized access, changed passwords, phone numbers, and location. The hacker posed as Fabiola Cedeño Bravo, with the email [redacted] We seek assistance as $[redacted] was stolen from us and we request a refund. We are from Colombia, in Bogota region. Thank you.
