On ** April, **** I purchased an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch,**mm, from Merchant, xixiya******@***.com my Face Book Page. The price of the watch was $**.** and the invoice Number throught the seller was ID: c**************.*. The order Number I was given was ****. PayPal paid the seller $**.** for the watch and I repaid Pay Pal the $**.** on ** April, ****.**I received the watch on * June, **** packaged in a very thin padded mail envelope with no paperwork of any kind. First appearance of the watch indicated it looked fine , no problem. I set the time put on the watch. Over the next several days I had noticed that the Chronograph portion of the watch was failing. The sweep second hand would not reset and the hour counting hand had stopped entirely.**I contacted the seller via email and received a response of apology and that they would do everything to make things right. They also asked for photos* video of the watch. I took several photos of the watch but no video, since nothing on the watch was moving.**After receiving the photos of the watch the seller again emailed me asking me to take the watch to a jeweler to have and estimate done to repair the watch.. Instead of putting foot to the ground and visiting various stores I made inquiries by phone. There are so many watch repair places here in Columbus Ohio. Information gathered was not promising. Many said they would not look at the watch since they didn't sell it. Others claimed I had purchased a cheap copy, others said they would need to look at the watch and would require a large down payment for doing so. The down payment being more than the cost of the watch. Finally I found shops that said they could repair the watch but for more than it is worth. So, here I am with a new broken watch that was packaged poorly with no paperwork.**I have not contacted the seller concerning what I have discovered with the "repair searches". So i thought I would contact you and ask for your thoughts on the matter. Is there anything you can do from your position to assist me? Am I without any ability to receive any compensation other than continue talking to the seller hoping he will exchange the watch as he rightfully should?**Any help, thoughts or direction would be appreciated.**Thank You,*Sincerely,*David L.Lender
