On April 14, [redacted], I placed an order with PEARLGO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED via [redacted] I used PayPal to pay $27.99 for the order. I was given a tracking number LY[redacted]82CN, and the vendor claimed the item was shipped through UPS. However, the tracking information has not changed since, always showing the package in pre-shipment status. Despite contacting the vendor multiple times, their responses are unhelpful, directing me to tracking or to wait another 10 days. It's been over a month and a half without any progress. I am concerned that this vendor is not legitimate and plan to inform PayPal to cease payments to them. As the situation stands, I fear I will not receive the item I purchased.

I have been a PayPal user for many years but recently reactivated my account after a pause of about three and a half years. I mainly use PayPal to buy and occasionally sell items on Ebay. Recently, I used it to support friends struggling with the impact of the Covid-19 virus. During some transactions, I mistakenly selected "business" or "protection insurance" instead of sending money to family or friends. Additionally, I faced issues transferring funds to my new Cash App due to a license verification problem. In my state, IDs are hole-punched when replacing a driver's license, which made scanning difficult for verification purposes. Moreover, PayPal's policy requires transferring cash balances to a linked debit or bank account, adding to my challenges in withdrawing funds. As a result, I am currently unable to access the remaining balance in my PayPal account and transfer it to my bank.

I recently placed an order on Amazon.ca using PayPal as a guest, but my order wasn't processed, and it doesn't show up in my Amazon account. The payment went through on my credit card, and the only email I received shows the payment to SUI CHENG LIMITED with details of the transaction for a Wax Warmer Hair Removal Kit. The email provides information about the payment, shipping details, and a receipt number. I am unable to contact PayPal since I checked out as a guest and the purchase is not reflecting in my account. The email suggests creating a PayPal account for future convenience and provides details on currency conversion.

I am disappointed that Paypal closed my dispute without verifying that I received the correct item I ordered. The product I received from USFITWEAR.COM, under Order No. [redacted], was not the Coleman 8-Person tent I paid $98.99 for. Instead, I received a small 3" #2 pencil. The package arrived with USPS Tracking Number [redacted]2 0[redacted] [redacted] 98, weighing only one ounce, which clearly does not match the weight and dimensions of the tent. I have evidence from USPS tracking, the invoice from USFITWEAR's website, and a comparison image of the actual item received versus the tent I ordered. It is evident that this company is not acting in good faith, and I urge Paypal to refund the full amount as I did not receive the correct product.

I am concerned as PayPal deducted £1,[redacted] twice from my bank account for a refund to Mick's Tackle. I bought a Cervical Cloud pillow from Kreativo, but am unhappy with the purchase. I returned the pillow within 12 hours and requested a refund of $39.95 along with the $13.29 return shipping cost. Despite Cervical Cloud's advertised 30-day risk-free guarantee, my refund was not honored. Communication from the seller was minimal, and my attempts to follow up were ignored. I raised a dispute with PayPal (Transaction 01R22906XY289531C), but they sided with Cervical Cloud without explanation. This has left me frustrated as Cervical Cloud's guarantee was not upheld, and both companies have proven to be unreliable.

Therefore, I wasn't concerned when asked for this information. To my astonishment, I received a notification from PayPal stating I was subscribed for one year and $29.99 was deducted. Since April 24th, I have been dealing with a dispute with a seller that has now escalated. The seller provided a fraudulent tracking number, and the package seems to have disappeared. Despite reaching out to USPS and escalating the issue, the problem persists. PayPal initially set June 2 as the resolution date, but it has now been extended to June 8. I feel let down by PayPal's lack of communication and assistance in this matter. I have tried to update them on the situation, but have received no response. I am dissatisfied with how PayPal has handled this situation, as I expected better protection and service. Dealing with a traditional bank or credit card may have offered more security. I am disappointed with PayPal's response to resolving this issue.

Hello, I received the product after a 21-day delay, which caused me to purchase it elsewhere due to my health issues. Despite receiving emails from both Walmart and the seller stating that a refund was processed and I could keep the masks, I prefer to return them for a refund. I encountered difficulties while trying to make a transaction through Google to a payee named Cash Cody via third-party Paypal. Each time I attempted the $5.00 transaction, a message popped up on my screen stating an icon was blocking the process, accompanied by a picture of a Hispanic man with a large black mustache. Despite my attempts to capture the image, I was unsuccessful. When the system wouldn't accept my password, I closed the Google App. Upon reopening it, I faced the same issue twice more with subsequent $5.00 and $10.00 transactions. Despite not completing any of the transactions totaling $20.00, my bank confirmed the debits from my checking account, which has ending numbers #[redacted]. I've been advised by the bank to close this account and contact Paypal to recover my money due to suspected fraud.
