You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-myellama's own words
I've been charged by PayPal PhP**,***.** on my MetroBank Card without me even using it (PayPal account) anymore for about a year already. I called MetroBank re: the matter on that same day but the amount is still floating but they already confirmed it was from PayPal. I tried logging in to my PayPal account but then the system said that no account is linked to that email anymore when in fact I was receiving PayPal emails thru that account.*** days later, someone messaged me on Facebook confirming if I also lost my money and sent me a screenshot of the transfer I made. Then she told me someone sent her that screenshot and she just looked for me on Facebook. However, she also lost her money via BDO debit card. She already filed a complaint earlier this morning.**With this, I want a reversal of the PhP**,***.** on my MetroBank account as soon as possible.
