Tenant paid rent to me using paypal....apparently he had used a credit card that he had...

i need to have the negative balance removed and they need to hold the appropriate person liable. I accepted rent from tenant. whom used a card that he stole from stolen..... I have control over what payment methods people use when buying my items or paying rent,..l i didnthe person whom stole the credit card and made the several payments to me should be held responsibe for the balance * NOT M... ... Tenant paid rent to me using paypal....apparently he had used a credit card that he had stolen from someone. I am being charged by paypal for the money that I received from the tenant, since the cardholded reported the charges and theft - payments were reversed and i am $***.** in negative balance and am expected to pay it. I am not able since I also cant use my paypal to make money now - antmy sales will go to the negative balance and i cant afford it. Its wrong to hold me liable for someone elses thievery which i had nothing to do with and no way of knowing. I was shafted w bills since i kicked him out and am also now having a collection agency hold me liable. I cant make money and use my paypal account to pay my bills and im in financial strain now due to the situation. I shouldnt be held liable for the money i received because it isnt my ability to screen what card someone uses to pay on paypal. I had nonway of kniwing and i have no acreening ability to know how someone is paying it. This is really causing a issue as my business online is shut down and i no longer can sell my items. I had tries to report the issue to paypal whom did not reply and had already had a report from the card holder so it woulsnt let me dispute the transavmctiobs or talk to anyone w paypal. Im directly swnt to collection agency when i call. This is just horrible and has messed me up finacially and vusiness wise. I sont know what to do and this isnt right...not fair to put me in the negative for the funds that i had received from soneine that syole a card. I cant believe this situation.....colkections agency told me im stuck w dealing w them and that paypal wont do anything to help me because they hold me liable and have no prote tion for the sellers or recipients of payments if someone pays with a stolen card. That is awful and and has me messes up in so many ways....paypal is a pay method for ao many things in my life and im left like this. Help.. I shouldnt be owing the money .... The card holder should hace to go after the thief and i should ben left out of it. I dont know what to do. Help please
