The issue in GetHuman-cableell's own words
I have an issue with a newly opened account that I would like help with. I have a previous account, under the email *****@***.com, which I used to transfer my remaining balance of $**.** to my new account, which is under the email *****@***.com, only to log-in to the new account and find out that it now has limitations placed on it, which is now blocking me from being able to claim the $**.** I transferred from my old account. I sent in a photo of my state issued ID as requested, though it also asked for a photo of my SSN Card, which I feel very unsafe with sharing in that manner. If someone could please contact me and let me know of any other possible means of verifying my identity to have my limitations lifted, that would be greatly appreciated. I hope to hear from someone soon, thank you.
