Hello,*My email is *****@***.com*I would like to open a dispute for the transaction ID: *JW*****HL******V*My guest Paypal account would be - LHP*RCUDS**YL**Apologies for the delay but i've had a lot of things going on later. I never received the item. I know it's only £*.** but I really needed the item. Here's the full story:****th March - ordered ***st march - enquired where’s my item **rd april - was finally given a tracking number. Which says item left on “Porch” on **th march . But I live in a building with *** flats.**rd april – complained that I did not receive it and requested a refund because of the following reasons.**th april – Seller replied completely ignoring my refund request. According to the Consumer Rights Act **** and the Consumer Contracts Regulations ****, I am protected if my parcel goes missing or is damaged. If the parcel was left in an unsecure location that was not agreed upon, I can argue that the retailer was in breach of contract and ask for a refund. I input the tracking number in Hermes. It says the item was left on the Porch on **th March. It was simply left on top of the letterboxes where anyone can take it. I was never informed. **. I was in the flat that morning (**th March) because I mostly work ** hour shifts at the hospital on the weekends, and no one rang the intercom or my doorbell. Nor was there a “Sorry we missed you” card in my letterbox to tell me they left a parcel. Hermes own website says “If your parcel has been left in a safe place, the courier will leave a calling card” – which I never received. **. In any case, I never allowed the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place. He should have done a redelivery. Even if he wanted to, he should only do so once he tried to ring my intercom or doorbell. In any case, that is not a safe place. The letterboxes are right by the main entrance. You might as well just leave the parcel in the outside bin for anyone to take. **. A tracking number wasn't initially provided upon dispatched, that's why I eventually got in touch with seller on **st march. Nor was there any Calling card left. **. I left a note above the letterboxes since *rd April **** to request my parcel be returned, and today **th April, no one has returned it. It’s clear someone has stolen it because Hermes didn’t fulfil their contract properly and delivered the parcel to me, not even ring the intercom or doorbell, or left a calling card. The seller would need to contact them to request compensation. I have told him this to enquire with hermes but he*she never bothered. I have not had any other problems with the other ebay items i've ordered, because they rang my intercom*doorbell. Unfortunately, in this case the Self-employed Hermes courier chose Not to do that for some reason. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by all this. But I would like a refund of the £*.** so I can order the toolset to fix my car. **Please let me know your decision. So then I can move forward with this case. Thank you.
