Dear Director of PayPal, I am disappointed by the treatment I received from your staff regarding Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]4 with Seller JustFashionNow from China. I called multiple times this morning seeking a resolution. Initially, an agent promised to have another agent call me, but after being placed on hold for 48 minutes, the call was disconnected. Subsequent calls resulted in similar hold times of 43 and 14 minutes, despite assurances otherwise. When requesting to speak to a superior, I was once again left waiting. I received my order, but it was not as described. Unfortunately, there was no invoice included with the parcel. I returned the item to the address on the package and have proof of postage and a picture of the parcel. The warehouse I sent it to does not ship back to China. The situation has cost me 25 pounds, and it appears to be a scam with numerous negative reviews about this warehouse and their poor quality products. Dealing with PayPal has been difficult as their app does not allow for easy communication or responses to their messages. The seller offered a partial refund, but the goods were already returned. Despite my efforts, PayPal is asking for more documentation and does not seem to be reading my messages or understanding the issue. Getting in touch with them via phone is also problematic as they do not follow up on promised return calls. In another incident, my second order was delayed, and after I complained, it eventually arrived, but the product was once again of poor quality. The return address is in Chinese on the package, with no invoice provided. I attempted to contact the company multiple times with no success. PayPal closed my case without resolution since the parcel was delivered, disregarding my complaints about the inferior goods. I am frustrated to be out of pocket by over 70 pounds with no valuable items in return. PayPal's lack of flexibility in their resolutions process makes it challenging to address these issues effectively.

I searched for flights on Opodo and booked two Ryanair flights for £[redacted].96 each through PayPal. Opodo also charged me £[redacted] for the same flights via PayPal. Ryanair confirmed only one booking. The reservation and flight numbers match, but Opodo listed the charge on my bank account as "Flts Spain." Opodo is still offering me discounted flights to Brest on PayPal. I contacted Ryanair who mentioned I could obtain a copy of our conversation. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't reach Opodo over the phone or receive a promised callback. I am seeking a refund from Opodo. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you.

I encountered issues with a company named United World Telecom LC. I bought their service on February 3rd, but the platform is subpar, and the calls do not go through. I reached out to their technical support team, hoping for a resolution, but they were unhelpful. Yesterday, a team member named Brenda used my number for testing and assured me they would address the issue. However, today I discovered they arbitrarily closed my account and charged $49.65 to my PayPal without explanation or consent. My attempts to contact them have been futile. The positive reviews appearing on Google seem to be from internal sources only. Thank you.

I sent letters on 8 June and 8 July [redacted] to Paypal UK via recorded delivery, requesting to close my Paypal account. Additionally, I spoke to "Harry" at 2.15 pm on 26th April, who assured me over the phone that he could close my account upon my request. Nevertheless, I am still receiving unwanted emails from Paypal. Kindly close my account promptly and provide confirmation upon completion.

Since February 9, [redacted], I have received payments totaling £[redacted].50. I always select the option to make direct payments from my bank account for my purchases, as confirmed by my bank records. However, my PayPal balance is currently showing as £[redacted].09, and I'm unsure where the remaining money has gone. I am seeking clarification on the whereabouts of this money and request that my PayPal balance be adjusted accurately. Recently, I tried to transfer the balance of £[redacted].09 to my bank account for safekeeping, but encountered difficulties with the transfer. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.

I recently bought a black, red, and white stole from Country Attire, but when I received the item, it was a dingy colored scarf instead of the H Johnston cashmere stole I ordered. Despite trying to contact them, I have not been able to get through as there is always only one person ahead of me in the queue. The item they sent isn't even listed on their website, and it seems like a bait-and-switch tactic. I urgently need their barcode to proceed with the return. The stole was originally priced at £[redacted].98, reduced to £98.55. I am disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation and want a refund promptly. I usually use PayPal for transactions like this to protect myself, but it's been challenging to reach their customer service regarding this issue. I hope to have this resolved soon. I recently relocated and got a new phone number. I am facing issues with PayPal security calls as I can't remember my 12-year-old security questions and my old passwords are no longer working. When I try to create a new account with my existing credentials, I receive a message saying an account with that email already exists, but I can't reset the password due to not being able to pass the security questions or receive the security call. It feels like a never-ending cycle.

I recently noticed a charge of £[redacted].48 for a pair of headphones with a 'pay after delivery' option through PayPal, scheduled for payment on 6-4-[redacted]. The transaction was made on EBAY. Strangely, the seller has already received payment from PayPal, but PayPal states it's not unauthorized, putting me responsible for it. However, I did not make this purchase, as it doesn't show up in my EBAY account. I suspect my EBAY account has been compromised, so I've updated all my passwords to secure it.

Good morning. On January 4, [redacted], I fell victim to a scam on eBay. Within the first hour, I tried to stop the transaction and contacted PayPal through the Resolution Center. I reported it as an 'unauthorized payment,' providing a detailed explanation of being scammed and desperate to stop the payment. PayPal closed the case, claiming I 'authorized the payment,' despite my explanation. After appealing with a lengthy explanation, the outcome remains the same. eBay confirmed the scam but couldn't refund due to the PayPal case. I chatted with an eBay representative who couldn't help as PayPal blocked access to the case. I wish for the case to be reopened for eBay. I realize reporting it as 'unauthorized' was a mistake due to panic, but the scam is evident when scrutinizing the seller's page. I have been on eBay since [redacted] with a spotless record. I have a closed case that I disagree with. I reached out to eBay, and they agree with me, advising me to contact you again. Initially, I ordered two packs of wipes, thinking there were [redacted] wipes in each pack, which seemed to justify the high postage cost. However, upon receiving the order, I was surprised to find only one wipe in each pack. The seller had altered the product description from 3 wipes to 1. They charged me £7.78 for two wipes sent in a small envelope with only a second-class stamp. When I raised this issue, the seller requested that I remove my review in exchange for a refund, which I felt was manipulative. I was disappointed with the resolution of my dispute as I was asked to return the item at my own expense with tracking, which would have cost more than the wipes themselves. Due to being self-employed and currently facing financial constraints due to the ongoing situation, I cannot absorb such additional costs. I sold an item on eBay. The buyer informed me that payment would be made once I provided the package to Royal Mail along with the reference number. It's been 5 hours, and I haven't received payment yet. I'm concerned I may have been scammed. Regarding item #[redacted]76, due to arrive on 17-Apr-20, a Guitar Tuner Clamp - Trigger Capo for Acoustic & Electric & Classical, I received the item and it wasn't as expected. Following contact with the seller, a reorder was processed, and I was instructed to return the initial item for a refund. The price increased to £5.99, yet I proceeded with the reorder. The seller assured that the package would be shipped and I would receive a refund for the picks. Anticipated replacement by 8th April did not occur. Upon checking with Yodle, the collection was acknowledged but not the delivery. Subsequently, upon reviewing the order status, it showed cancellation and the seller was unregistered. I lodged a complaint with eBay, prompting a refund for the second item; however, the response suggested opening a case or dispute via Paypal for further resolution. Requesting a full refund of approximately £2.50 due to diminishing trust in online platforms.

A year ago, PayPal restricted my account for [redacted] days. At first, I accepted it, assuming I made a mistake due to my lack of experience with the platform. However, even after the [redacted] days passed, they have not released my funds. Despite numerous calls, all I get is that they will escalate the issue. They informed me that I can't do business with them anymore or add bank cards, but I just successfully added and verified a new bank card. I am frustrated as PayPal has not provided any valid reasons or explanations for withholding my money.
