There is an ongoing dispute where I sold a part of a computer (graphics card) and listed it as not working properly due to it having a few issues and sometimes not working. After the buyer was aware of this, he still decided to purchase, and when the card arrived, he claimed that the card was completely dead and through Paypal, opened a dispute. PayPal thought the best idea was to give him a refund and for the part to be returned to me. I have just received said part and tried it on my computer and it works perfectly - I have video evidence.*My question is that in the resolution centre, the only option I have is to give the buyer a refund, however, the goods are working as described when sold, and has lied about the condition of the item to get a refund. I need to know what I can do about this
