I was trying to get my discount and money for the items that were not discounted. ... I purchased over $*** worth before discount of party items from your store. The cashier informed me that there was a promotion going on with the glasses. Buy one get one free. Also with the party packs. Buy one get one **% off. Which was great. I paid and left. As I went through the receipt I noticed that * items did not receive a discount. I went back to your store and the same cashier went through the receipt with me but also couldn’t understand why it didn’t take it off she then went on to say yes it did you just don’t understand. I said no I completely understand you did not discount the items. The cashier went on to degrade me and accuse me of not understanding in a derogatory way. She would not hear me out with my explanation. I was upset and grabbed the receipt and left. I would like something done with this matter as it is not acceptable for your employee to treat customers in that matter.

I want my discount for the items and an apology from the cashier for being so rude to me.
Calling customer service and was not able to speak to a human
