I have an order that was shipped 13 days ago, but it hasn't reached the UPS facility and I have no tracking number. When I called the 1-[redacted] number, the representative couldn't provide much assistance, mentioning that it may arrive or might be lost. The uncertainty of the package being shipped without a tracking number or information for two weeks is concerning. I am considering requesting a refund, but I am unable to initiate a return without receiving the products. Any guidance on how to proceed would be helpful. Thank you.

Good morning, I returned every item on the list but was only refunded $19. Additionally, I received a refund of $33 for the piñata. I encountered a rude representative who processed the $19 refund. I clearly stated in the return slip that I included all items except those not received. I am entitled to a $[redacted] refund. I request a supervisor to review my case as all items were returned as per the list. I will investigate the package weight myself. Kindly look into this matter promptly.
Regarding the discrepancy in the refund amount, please verify the package weight with the shipping carrier. I sent back all items except the missing piñata. I await a swift resolution and can be contacted at [redacted] or [redacted].

Upon entering the store, I was not greeted. I waited at the counter while the cashier, T., attended to another customer before me. A different cashier, A., was busy with balloons and did not acknowledge me. When I inquired about a balloon bouquet, A. abruptly instructed me to go through the line. The initial cashier, T., seemed unaware of what was included in the product. Initially, she told me to choose 12 balloons, but A. later informed me that the ones I selected were not part of the package. I had to clarify the contents of the bouquet. After T. inflated the balloons, she handed them to me without the weight I had paid for, prompting me to ask about it.
This experience has deterred me from buying balloons here again. The service was poor, and the cashiers were impolite and unprofessional. Greeting customers upon entry or when they reach the checkout line is basic customer service etiquette. Clear communication and acknowledging customers promptly are essential for good customer relations. It appears that additional training in customer service is required at this store.

I recently picked up my online order from yesterday, containing the rainbow happy birthday yard sign. Unfortunately, the item was used, with dirt on some stakes and a few bent ones. I paid for a new item but received a used one, which is unacceptable. Today, being my son's birthday, I needed to use it, but I wanted to bring this issue to your attention. I believe I deserve a 50% refund at least, or I will return it like the previous buyer. My order number is [redacted]16-B. I visited Liffey Valley Party City to find a Halloween costume but was disappointed to discover the store in disarray. Despite wanting to try on costumes before purchasing, I was informed it was not allowed. Upon buying a clown outfit for €58, I discovered one essential piece, the clown hat, was missing from the first packet. Attempts to exchange it proved fruitless as no replacement packets were available. Subsequently, after trying another item that was too small, I opted to return all accessories, rendering the outfit unusable. Despite requests to speak with the manager, I was unable to do so as the cashier called without letting me speak to them. Regrettably, I was informed a full refund was not possible. Feeling embarrassed and frustrated by the situation with three staff members making disapproving remarks, I left the faulty products in the store. Subsequent attempts to contact Party City have yielded no response.

I briefly worked at Party City in Hoover, Alabama for Halloween. We were promised $15 an hour for the holiday, $5 more than our usual pay. However, I didn't receive the correct payment and was only paid the regular $10 an hour. They owe me 27 hours at the $5 per hour promised rate. I've contacted my former manager multiple times without a response and have been hung up on when trying to reach corporate. I just want the money I am owed for the hard work I put in over Halloween. I've been waiting almost a month for my payment as there were issues with my payment card. I'm requesting a check to be overnighted to me as soon as possible.

I am seeking assistance in securing help before June 10th. For over a decade, we have been purchasing 12 dozen Black and Gold balloons (representing our school colors) from Party City for our 8th-grade celebration. We typically issue a school district check in advance to cover the cost of the balloons, and then pick them up using a school bus two weeks later.
Recently, I inquired about the balloon prices at the Plaistow, NH store and was advised to bring in a school district check to place the order. However, upon visiting the store, I was informed by three employees that they no longer accept checks as part of a new policy. This change in policy seems unreasonable considering we pay in advance and you hold our funds for two weeks before providing the balloons.
After contacting customer service and being instructed to wait for a resolution, I urgently need someone to assist us promptly should we need to make alternative arrangements for the event on June 10th. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

I've been a loyal Party City customer for years, consistently ordering balloons from their website. Each time, I select "Helium Inflation" and "Delivery". However, I'm now facing an issue where the balloons in my cart show as "Helium (Temporarily unavailable at this store)" for delivery but become available if I choose "In-Store or Curbside Pickup". This is a problem as I've never collected balloons in person due to their size. It's frustrating that I can no longer have helium-inflated balloons delivered as I have always done in the past. The website has had occasional glitches, but this is a new problem for me.
