I ordered a part on August **th and the next day I checked on the order on the PartsGeek site and was then given a tracking number. I clicked on the tracking number which brought me to the UPS site, there it said - "label created on August ** at *:**PM" Now it's August **th and the part has not been delivered nor has the information on the UPS site changed????? This is the worst customer service I've experienced from any online company and its quite annoying they don't have an customer service email address which tells you how much they value customer service.
GetHuman5193844 did not yet indicate what Partsgeek.com should do to make this right.
