I had purchased a part which they shipped in Nov. ** but i doidn't received it till first week of Dec. However, it's a wrong one and i had called and left a message to inform that i would return the part and i also sent an e-mail informing to send me a return postage but no one has contacted nor replied to my e-mail. I am now worried because of your ** day return policy which is due. Please reply ASAP. It is imperative that this issue be resolved.
