I ordered and paid for an urgently needed part for my car on October *, ****. Nothing has been received as of October **, ****. Zero...NO... communication about this issue has been received from this company. **An email from PartsGeek on Oct. *, notified it the part was "Shipped" at *:**PM. It was NOT shipped! **The US Mail Tracking Service, as of today, Oct. **, ****, reports they are still awaiting this order to be shipped. **I must hear from PartsGeek immediately with a solution and resolution to this major issue.
