I had a free three month subscription to Pandora’s On-Demand Premium. I purchased it through the Groupon app. I never received an email that my three months were up. It expired June *, ****. Today it is July *, **** and my bank statement sent me a notification that I am $-** and Pandora has charged me a total of $***.**! I AM OUTRAGED! I understand that I never cancelled my subscription, but I know that the price for a premium plan is about $*.**. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED THIS MUCH JUST FOR ONE MONTH! I know this is definitely a mistake and no the Groupon deal was not a family premium plan. It was an individual premium plan! I’ve tried to call your customer service, but you guys apparently do not have one. This is completely unacceptable and I’ve called my bank for an investigation. I NEED AN EXPLANATION AND I DEFINITELY WANT TO MY MONEY BACK! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I AM COMPLETELY OUTRAGED! PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
