I'm trying to get my due credit. ... Last month I signed up a * month trial for Pandora Plus. I decided I enjoyed not hearing the commercials so I did not cancel. The cost was supposed to be $*.***month.**I was charged $**.** on June **. I would like a $**.** credit on my credit card. The email on my account is *****@***.com however please correspond with my work email on this which is listed below. **I received an email from Apple on **** stating "We were unable to automatically renew your subscription to Pandora Plus because of a problem with your current payment method". Yet you charged me $**.** that day. I thought I would contact you for a credit before disputing the charge with my bank. There has obviously been a mistake on the part of Pandora. **I look forward to hearing back from you.
