I recently purchased a Panasonic corded desk phone model* KX-TG**** Serial* *JAXDOO****. It has all of the features I must have but the Input on the phone is defective and does not allow me to use my headset. While searching for another phone I've seen this particular model has a defect in the Input for the headset. I've spent at least ** hrs. looking for another phone system that provides what I need and can't find one. I will like this same exact phone system with the defect corrected.
GetHuman4306788 did not yet indicate what Panasonic should do to make this right.
