I bought PANASONIC LUMIX GX** Camera with **-**mm and **-***mm Lens Bundle, *K, * Axis Body Stabilization, * Inch Tilt and Touch Display, DMC-GX**WK (Black USA), the camera works fine but it got low battery and I charge it when I try to use it again its not turning on at all, I called amazon tech support we do troubleshoot the camera still not turning on and they referred me to you for the advance troubleshooting and for the warranty, can I have replacement, Thank you
