Have Panasonic telephone model KX-TGD***. We have call waiting through phone service provider. However, when I am on a call and it beeps, that another call is coming in....that second call will just keep ringing and say no one is available to take your call right, please call back later. We want our answering machine to answer calls that come in through call waiting, while we are on the original call. Can you please help solve this issue. We do not have VM through our phone service provider, but we do have call waiting and the phone service provider said our answering machine should pick up call waiting calls if we are unable to answer them, due to being on very important phone call.
