I ordered * pairs of jeans and * shirts on cyber monday and they were all in stock when I ordered them. I got my package yesterday and it only contained the shirts. I call Pacsun today and they tell me they didn’t have them. Why would I be able to order something if you didn’t have it? The guy in customer support told me they couldn’t offer a “replacement” so the only thing they could do is give a refund. Then tells me if I want the same pants to order them again at full price and in * days when they ship they’ll discount them for the cyber Monday deal. Then he tells me they have ** in stock of one of the pants and I ask him why he can’t just send that one to me since I already paid for it. It makes no sense to have to wait for a refund to order it again if you already have it in stock!!!!! This is so annoying. I don’t know about the other pants but it’s jusr stupid, why let me buy them if you don’t have them. This is not okay. As someone buying from your company, at the very least I deserve an apology.
