To whom this may concern: (I highly advise that this email be forwarded to a President or Director of PNC Bank ASAP).**Note: I am NOT, nor have I ever been a customer of PNC Bank and or its affiliates. I do NOT live in Philadelphia, PA, nor do I attend Temple University. I do, however, share the same name and similar email as one of your customers and this has led to a security breach that is the fault of PNC Bank. **Here is the breakdown of the situation:***. I reached out multiple times to PNC Bank and gave ample opportunity to PNC Bank to rectify a very serious security breech that is affecting me, as well as, your current customer of the same*similar name. ***. I have only received the virtual "runaround" from the security staff within the "abuse" and "escalation" departments at PNC Bank.***. I have received alerts on my credit as it pertains to breaches, that I understand to be directly related to this issue. ***. Consider this the final warning to your institution: I am done dealing with this situation and will allow the courts and proper banking authorities deal with it, going forward, until and unless I am made whole: I plan to reach out to your customer and alert him to this breach of his personal information and of mine, and that because of PNC Bank, our personal data has been intertwined, simply because we share a name and close email.* I also plan to take legal action against PNC Bank for: *. Negative effects on my credit, background, and breach of my personal security. (PNC Bank was given ample opportunity to fix this issue and did not) with PNC Bank knowing full well this was a serious personal information breach of trust and security. *. For emotional distress related to this issue and time I have spent (by no fault of my own, other than having a similar name of a PNC Bank client), when I've never had ANY dealing with PNC Bank, nor do I live in a market that PNC Bank represents.**So, unless this situation is rectified to my satisfaction TODAY (Friday, October **, ****), I will involve my attorney, the courts, your customer (whom I've inexplicably been linked with), and the proper banking regulators and authorities.
