On March **, I placed an order for heartworm and nexgard. The agent transposed my house number and when I rec’d the confirming email I immediately phoned back. I was told the only way to correct YOUR error was for me to place another order. At this point I had been on hold, transferred and disconnected for over * hours. I was told I would receive a shipping email within *-* business days. I had used a **% code and they took an additional *%. ** days later I had received no further info. I phoned back, asked for a supervisor. I was disconnected * more times, held nearly * hours and could not hold any longer. I phoned the next day. Again on hold ** mins, disconnected *x and finally reached supv Terri. She said she would have to phone the pharmacy and call me back. She did do this and stated the heartworm (Heartguard*) would be shipped within ** hours but the nexgard (ordered * (*) packs) could only be filled as one * pack bc of expiration date issues with shipping the full year. So that was automatically cancelled. She said I could place the order with her. I told her I was given a discount. She told me it was only for * item (it was not and I had the confirmation to prove it). Terri argued that was not the case, then said she would do **% no more. I told her I was given **%. She basically called me a liar and said **% was it. I reluctantly agreed and as she was placing the order I was again disconnected. I waited and she did not phone back. I called back and asked for “Terri”. Was on hold ** more mins and again disconnected. I phoned back and asked for any supervisor. After ** mins I was connected with “Tina”. She placed my order, saw I was given **% without me even saying anything (therefore “Terri” could see this) and placed the order for * months. So that means I will have to go through this again in * months! I will NEVER order from Petco again. I have ordered from Dra Foster & Smith in the past with no issue whatsoever. They were great to do business with. This has been a nightmare. In total I have spent over * hours and been disconnected countless times. placing an order for medicine for my dog.
