I called your customer service line as I’ve been waiting * weeks for a prescription diet order to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered today and when I checked the tracking it stated it was sorted wrong. Your rep had me on hold for half an hour so she could contact the delivery company. She then tells me there’s nothing they can do for me as the address was wrong and they fixed it. They had just delivered the first part of the order over a week ago to my address so how is it wrong? Your rep felt that the only way to amend this would be for me to get a discount to go buy the food in your store. That doesn’t help me if it’s a PRESCRIPTION. I have to order on your site because it has to go through the vet. I stated this to her and she told me she’s sorry but there’s nothing they can do to help me as it’s in the delivery carriers hands. Now my order isn’t going to be delivered until the *nd and I ordered on the **th. My dog has no food because we are going on week three and I ordered it with enough food for * weeks. And I’m going to have to go to her vet and pay for the food at a higher cost because my order isn’t here yet. Your customer service for online orders is appalling. Placing the blame on the delivery company instead of trying to figure out another way to fix the issue is unprofessional. Thanks to your company you’ve made me have to pay not only for the huge bag of food I ordered but the one I’m going to have to purchase to feed her in the meantime.
