Dear Petco:*Yesterday I went on your website to see if you sell Frontline Plus for Cats. I was happy to find that you do and that it costs $**.** for a six month supply. When I went to store * **** to pick it up, however, I was charged $***.**.**I spoke with a Petco rep (via Live Chat) and he indicated that you would honor the lower price (and refund me the $** difference). To do this, I'd have to get a "screen shot" of the lower price and bring it to the store.**I attempted to get a screen shot but, after the **th step in the process, I gave up.**So I have the following questions:**. Why do you advertise one price on your website but charge a different price at the store ?**. When I discovered that I was charged $** more than the advertised price, why did I have to jump through hoops to (attempt to) get a refund ?**. Why is the price at the store ** % higher than the price for delivery ?**Thank you,*David Quackenbos
