Long time customer at different Petco stores. I am done with them and will take ALL of my business to PetSmart and Chewy.**Had appointment to get six dogs groomed. We have ** animals so we use a mobile vet. Petco said they tried to contact vet for vaccination records but she did not return call.**We keep a copy on our computer and printed them off on paper. Store would not accept. It had vet name, business name, and exact same phone number we gave Petco store. Vet called store after we had left. Too bad. We will not be coming back for grooming or anything else.**Called corporate customer service which was a total joke. Their genius response was "would you like the store to contact you?" The store WAS the problem!**Utter incompetence.**There is no need for Petco to contact me. I just want them to know why they lost a long time customer with a lot of animals.
