I bought a queen headboard, I thought from Sears. When the box arrived it looked in horrible shape. I followed the instructions and the holes didn’t match up with the pegs. There was approx * areas where it looked liked paint bubbled and someone painted over it. The entire experience was very disappointing. I needed a headboard so I bought one at a furniture store close to me. I had thrown the horribly tattered box it came in away. I called Sears and they said you guys (*rd party vendor) needed to send me a return post paid shipping label. They said it would come with if ** hours. It did not and to make a long story short I have called * times and STILL do not have a label. Are you stalling so it doesn’t reach me until after you will accept damaged and inferior items? I have everything noted on paper and this is the very last time I am addressing this. I will take this headboard back to Sears and dump it at the customer Service desk.
