I recently received an email stating that $[redacted].28 will be deducted from my account for another 6 months of service, but I never signed up for this and need it resolved immediately. I have been waiting for an hour to speak to someone but have not received a response. The email claimed I had approved a payment for this subscription on our time .com. I clicked on "verify now" as instructed, but the site could not be reached. I am certain I did not sign up for this service and do not want it now or in the future. A similar incident occurred last year after 6 months of my initial subscription. I have already taken steps to inform my bank and report this as consumer fraud.

I used the link on my phone to request cancellation of my account on 22.12.19, knowing it was due for renewal on 25/12/19. However, the account has not closed, and the subscription payment has been deducted from my account. I am in a tight financial situation after the holiday season and cannot afford this charge, which is why I initiated the cancellation. I urgently need the refund of 39.99 to help me manage until my next payday. Unfortunately, I am unable to cancel on a laptop and would like to be able to perform this action on my mobile as I initially signed up that way. Your prompt assistance in processing the refund would be greatly appreciated as I am currently facing financial difficulties.

I am in the process of cancelling my membership. When I tried to contact the phone number provided, all I received was a promotion for a medical alert system, which I do not require. I am 70 years old but feel and behave closer to 50, so the medical alert offer is unnecessary. I am disappointed with the matches I receive daily, as they mainly consist of men who are less educated. Many profiles mention completing high school or having some college experience, which is not what I am looking for. Additionally, most matches are located out of state, in areas like Staten Island, which is quite far from New Jersey where I reside. I have decided to try another dating service that has provided me with better outcomes, connecting me with intelligent, educated, and younger men whom I find more appealing.

Hello, I'm attempting to reach Our Time to cancel my subscription and automatic renewal. I have been unsuccessful in reaching them by phone. Although I unsubscribed three months ago, I was still charged. I wish to have my account canceled and prevent further registration. Unfortunately, I do not have a computer to address this online. I have concerns about a profile on Ourtime. The individual's details do not match their photos, and their communications through email are suspicious. Can Ourtime verify their identity? The profile belongs to WestlakeSuz, who claims to be Janet Vail but this name does not match anyone in our area. Their self-reported business ownership adds to the uncertainty. Hello. I recently subscribed for a one-month membership until the 22nd of January. Despite not having a photo on my profile, I received positive attention. I was pleased with the responses and ability to connect with potential matches. However, I started noticing unusual viewing patterns and a lack of responses to my messages. Even though I canceled my subscription early, I expected to access the site until the end date. It's frustrating that my messages are seemingly going unnoticed, especially since I used to receive numerous replies. I am dissatisfied with the current experience and feel restricted in expressing my concerns through reviews. It's disappointing to feel that my investment in the service has not been worthwhile. I was dissatisfied with OurTime last year and did not end up using it. Despite my attempts to cancel before the deadline in December, my money was still taken as the account was apparently 'suspended'. I have tried reaching out via email with no response. As I am now on a pension, I do not wish to continue with the service that didn't work for me. Canceling has been extremely challenging and frustrating. Today, upon checking, it still shows as 'suspended'. This whole situation is confusing as to why one would pay only to have the account suspended, which feels punitive. I have not used Ourtime for months, and I deactivated my account a while ago. Despite this, I was recently charged, leading to an overdraft on my account. I am unable to access the site using any known passwords. Please refund my account promptly. If my account is still active, deactivate it immediately and refund my account. Failure to comply will result in you covering the overdraft fee. I work for a law firm, so please take this seriously. I will also involve my bank in disputing this charge.

Hello, I'm Nora Mills. I'm looking to extend my account on Ourtime.com to reply to messages. However, when I try to pay for just 1 month and enter my credit card details, it pushes me to buy 6 months. I don't want 6 months and when I decline, it rejects my card and restarts the process. I am having trouble accessing my OurTime account. When I sign in, I am unable to open my account as it is covered in ads prompting me to sign up again and renew my subscription. I paid $95.76 plus $3.99 on December 31, [redacted], for more than one month, and the amount was deducted from my account on January 2, [redacted]. I am having trouble accessing my account on Our Time. I received an email about unusual activity and was prompted to change my password. After changing it, a box appeared requesting the credit card number I used when I signed up over 6 months ago. Unfortunately, I do not remember which card I used. This method of verification seems unfamiliar to me. I have attempted to contact customer support twice on Wednesday and four times today, but each time I was placed on hold with a recorded message for over 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. I reported this to the state police in Prosser, WA as he has been asking me for money persistently. Kindly delete his profile. The authorities are in touch with the real Damon Doyne Johnson of Prosser, WA, as this individual has been misusing his photos from Facebook to deceive others. It is crucial to take down his account promptly to prevent any further scams or harm. Following this incident, I have lost trust in your dating service. I need to cancel my subscription. I was under the impression of having a free trial, but it turns out there is an automatic charge of $31.99 after the trial, which would have been acceptable. However, to make any progress, I am being asked to upgrade further. This process is confusing to me. It would be better to display all pricing upfront before users begin, rather than introducing multiple upgrades along the way. I would prefer to pay the full amount initially rather than the current process. I kindly request for my subscription to be cancelled. If there is a simpler solution, please let me know via email.

I am having trouble accessing my computer because it says my email is incorrect, even though I have not changed it. I recently changed my password from "morris" to "airhead1." I would appreciate if a human could assist me in resolving this issue. I am frustrated with computers as they often make mistakes. Due to the inappropriate comments made by male representatives, I, at 90 years old, believe it's best to cancel my service. Unauthorized charges of $[redacted].00 and an additional $47.00 have been deducted from my credit card without receiving corresponding services. This raises concerns about the competence of this company and potentially being a scam. I have encountered scams before and know how to report them.

I need to cancel my subscription with Our Time. I'm unable to access my account due to a forgotten password. Please refrain from activating or charging my account. I unsubscribed due to health reasons several months ago, and will continue to remain unsubscribed for a while. Recently, a friend informed me about being on OT. When mentioning my past OT involvement, he messaged me regarding the same. I assumed he used a private IP address to text me, not realizing he was messaging as an OT subscriber. I am worried that my responses to him might have unintentionally reactivated my OT account or subscription. If this is the case, kindly ensure there are no charges or reactivations associated with me, my account, or my subscription. Thank you.

I requested the cancellation of my account several months ago, back in September. Even after receiving assurance from you via email that the account would be closed, payments kept coming out of my bank account. When attempts to reach out failed, I was forced to instruct my bank to stop the payments. To my dismay, charges are now appearing under a different name, MCW, which seems to be linked to your company. I want to emphasize my desire to terminate my account and discontinue any future charges. Should this issue remain unresolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Consumer Bureau for the unauthorized transactions.

When I contacted OurTime to cancel my subscription on 3/8/19, they offered me a deal on a 1-year membership for $98, and later added on another year for about $45, which I paid for separately. But recently, I received a notification that my subscription has expired, and I did not receive the additional year I paid for. When I tried to resolve this, I was connected to a representative outside the country who couldn't help me and could only offer the current deal of $72 for 6 months. It's frustrating because the original deal I accepted was much better than the current price, and even the $45 fee for the extra year seems to have expired at the same time as the rest of my subscription.
