I have cancelled my account, I did so at the beginning of October and I now see that ourtime has still taken £**.** from my account. I am obviously surprised about this and would like you to put it back. I can honestly say that I’m not happy nor am I prepared to recommend you to any of my friends when you make it so **** hard to leave. **I have revisited your site and found another box to click on to properly leave and I have task myself, and you, why it wasn’t so easily found when I cancelled my subscription last time. You need to look at your website and make it useable for all. I feel that you have been devious. **My email address is *****@***.com.
