You have sent me an email on Saturday evening, when you are closed, billing me for something I have not requested or agreed to. This is the second time you seem to be billing me for what I did not request. **In addition, when I called in a few days after I signed on to your site, I told "customer service" (please, hardly) that either my site was hacked or that I was receiving correspondence from individuals who hacked women's sites and sending me emails that I did not approve of. Not sure how the person received my email address. Also, in one case, the author of the texts was clearly (after I did research),not the person she claimed to be. What kind of hacking prevention do you have?**More important at this moment is why you are typing to bill me for things I have not agreed to.
I want it resolved by refunding or reducing the payment you took from my credit card.**I want you to do something about the hacking of either my site or of the sties that began to correspond with me from "fake people."
Yes, I called in about the hacking and your assistance was nonresistance.**I also spoke to the payment issue, but was told he couldn't do anything about it. What kind of customer support is that?
