I subscribed to OURTIME about * weeks ago. This is the first dating site that I've been on. One of the first persons that I began talking to me, asked if we could talk on Google Hangout. I agreed, and we began to talk to one another. He said that he moved to the US as a young child because his parents died in a car accident and that he was adopted by a family friend and moved here from Germany. He also said that he was educated in the US and had a postgrad. degree. I began to pick up that English was definitely not his primary language, even though he said it was. I eventually told him not to contact me anymore because things just weren't adding up. I then began to receive some emails from people I didn't recognize and didn't open them not being sure if he was trying to install malware on my computer and possibly get access to my financial info. Then just last night I met someone else that said his subscription was ending and asked if he could email me. If i remember correctly he went by easttexaswoman. After exchanging only * emails, I realized this was the exact same person that had contacted me before. I told him never to try to communicate with me and reported him to Google for possible scamming or phishing. I noticed on your website last night that you have a very small section on online dating safety. First of all. I think that if this happened to me by the exact same person in only * weeks,I surely can't be the only one something like this has happened to. Why, with all of the technology available, don't you vet the people coming on to your site? Well, for me the answer is obvious, you could care less about any negative experiences that your subscribers have. Just as long as you're making a huge profit, right? I'm thoroughly disgusted and everywhere I can write about my experience on your site, I will and warn people about how careless you run your so called business.
