Dear Madam*Sir,**I sent this complaint to Orbitz customer service * weeks ago, nothing has happened so far. Please answer in writing, using my email address. Thank you in advance.**My original flight was booked and confirmed by you on **th of October **** (Itinerary: * *************). After that I paid for the seat reservation for the airlines involved.**Just * days before taking off, I learned from Brussels Airlines that the middle part of my outgoing flight disappeared (you did not communicate for me at all!!). I had to call Brussel, then your USA number. Finally, after more than * hours mobile call, your reorganised my trip. I do not want to imagine what would have happened with us if we just had gone to the airport according to your booked and confirmed original schedule.**I think, it is completely your mistake, and cost me a lot of money (* hours mobile phone, lost seat assignment in the original route) I ask the reimbursement of this cost, which is approximately **.*** HUF, that is ***,* USD. **Thank you.
