I've been with Optus for several years and always received paper bill. I've received no monthly bill (paper or email) after increasing data package and then received SMS to say account overdue which I paid but still no bill either paper or email. Then a SMS to say my account was with debt collection section. This is now being investigated as I have proof of payment but you dont!!!! But not happy with service as still no bill but late fee applied to latest bill which i would like removed please and i want a bill!!!!!
