How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information with Optus, simply log into your online account and navigate to the billing section. From there, you can update your payment method, billing address, and any other relevant details. If you prefer to update your billing information over the phone, you can contact customer service and a representative will assist you with the process. Make sure to have your account information handy to expedite the update of your billing details.
