From August **** to April **** I have ordered my refills from OptumRx online exclusively. Since then and concomitant with institution of HealthSafeID, I should note, I have been denied access to OptumRx. I have called customer support at least four times, spending up to an hour on the phone each time, a majority of that on hold, and OptumRx has been unable to resolve the problem. They have stated they “have been having problems” with their website, but each time I call, there is no record of my previous conversations, there is no evidence the problem has been booted up the IT*Coding*Resolution ladder, and there has been no resolution. I have attempted access from a MacBook Pro, from an iPad, and from an iPhone. I have attempted access using the iPhone*iPad app, and directly through the OptumRx website using Safari, Google Chrome, and Modzilla Firefox. I am now reduced to ordering my refills by phone. I would much, much prefer being able to use more modern technology. I give up on the customer service department. I have been trying to get this resolved for close to three months. If OptumRx cannot resolve their, and therefore my, problem within a reasonable time, I will be forced to change mail order providers.
GetHuman-mrays did not yet indicate what OptumRx should do to make this right.
