I live at **** Riverdale Ave, Bronx NY ***** and we have had partial lack of cable service since the first week inMarch. Multiple technicians have been here looked and left. On Thursday evening there was a supervisor here who worked on the cable lines into the building for * *** hours. Someone was supposed to come on Friday to work on the outside wires. No one came. On Saturday I physically went to the Optimum store on ***th Street and spoke its Jesus or J who also said that someone would be here by Monday. My just called Cablevision to confirm that someone would be here today and was told that someone was here yesterday and fixed the issue was fixed yesterday. If it was fixed it didn’t hold because myself, my neighbor and other owners in the building I have spoken to are continuing to have continue to have the same issue. Now my neighbor was just told that someone will be here within ** - ** hours. Is there someway that this can be confirmed PLEASE. I believe that we have been more then patient. Please respond to this message. Thank you so much!*I
