I'm waiting already almost a month to port my old number to my new line, and I called in several times (about ** times) and I still did not get to the place were I should be after calling in so many times and each time I spoke to someone but my issue never got solved even it looked like this time it is going to get solved and one of the times the agent even said that it is solved but actually it is not solved. I want to know if this is the service that you give for all your costumers.*and don't forget that this whole time I'm still paying for my old line that I should not loose the number. this is not normal what's going on over here you need the make sure that my problem is solved right if not I will need to close my account with you and go to your competition
