To Whom it may concern: **We had optimum installed on *-**-**** with a promotion of charge of disconnect of previous provider, sent in information regarding a $** charge. We were also entitled to a $*** Amazon gift card. As of today, we have received either. I have been talking with customer service several times, waiting almost an hour every time to correct this. This morning I was told to call Amazon and was told they have no information from optimum in regards to the card. We were also told to send copies of the last * bills from our previous provider regarding termination fee. This information was sent back in February. This is unacceptable service and need an answer why you are not honoring our installation promotion? We have been told our bill was delinquent, when the error was not our fault. We have automatic withdrawal for this service. When calling the bank, they had all the wrong information so that would be whoever enters your data did something wrong. It was corrected and as you can see payments are all to date. Please correct and credit my account for $** and contact Amazon for our $*** gift card. Thank you, Charles and Ann Marsh
