I have been trying to resolve this matter for several days. I have called, waited for service, been cut off, told to call another department, asked for a return call which I never received and, quite frankly, I am very dissatisfied with your service to date.*On March **, ****, I called optimum at ***-***-**** pursuant to an ad I received in the mail with a special offer for Clifton Residents of $**.** for *** Mbps Internet & TV. I spoke with a representative called Sunny and was offered a deal for phone, internet and TV which included free installation, my current phone number, and *** Mbps (which my current provider was providing) for $***.**. When I told her I was interested in a plan that included a price for life which I had seen offered in the past, she said I would have to order *** Mbps for $**.** more and said my price for life would be $***.**.*I accepted the offer and installation was completed on *******.*I was preparing to pay my June bill when I remembered the Amazon gift card and when I got my paperwork out which included all my notes from the ******* call, I realized that I did not have *** Mbps and was paying $***.** rather than $***.**.*When I reached the Billing Dept. to rectify the matter, they told me I had to call the Sales Dept. The Sales Dept. representative advised me that I was entitled to the Amazon gift card and my price was for life, but she said I must speak to the Billing Dept. about the *** Mbps for the price. Needless to say, I could not get through to the Billing Dept. who originally told me that I had to deal with the Sales Dept. about this issue. *At this point, I am totally frustrated with your service and would like to resolve this matter where I receive what was promised and what I agreed, to wit: TV, phone, and *** Mbps Internet for a lifetime monthly charge of $***.**.
